20th Anniversary Festival Celebration       Saturday 10 June 2017      


RGS THE GRANGE ANNIVERSARY FESTIVAL 

SATURDAY 10 JUNE 2.00PM – 9.00PM

RGS The Grange PTA are hosting a fun packed afternoon and evening to celebrate 20 academic years of RGS The Grange.

Attractions include a comedy circus with skills workshop, knight school and roaming rat catcher, inflatables for young and old, fairground swings, mini karting, car paddock, pamper station, pony rides, disco, live music, talent tent, crazy golf, side stalls, tug o war and much more! We will have a BBQ and pizzeria for when you’re peckish and a coffee van and bar (over 21s only) for when you’re thirsty. All activities are included within the ticket price except food, beverages, some accessories from the pamper station and some items in the art den.

The main activities will run from 2.00pm to 5.30pm and music will then follow from 6.00pm until 9.00pm. Camping pitches are available for an overnight camp out.

To commemorate this landmark event, we are producing a commemorative brochure and have also commissioned an anniversary painting for the school of which prints will be available to purchase.

We will also be holding a raffle and have fantastic prizes to be won.

Tickets are available from pop up stands outside the main entrance of RGS The Grange at 3.30pm and 4.40pm for 15 minute intervals from Tuesday 16 May. If you are not a parent of a pupil currently at RGS The Grange then please contact grangepta@hotmail.co.uk for further details.

Festival Rules:

Tickets will be checked on arrival. Please display your ticket as a car pass and wear the wristbands allocated when tickets are purchased. YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED WITHOUT WRISTBANDS!

Gates will open at 10.00am on Saturday 10 June for campers to arrive to set up in Home Pastures. Caravans and campervans are welcome but we suggest that you review the entry point to the field prior to arrival as there is an adverse camber to negotiate.

No camp fires are allowed – small BBQs that are held off the ground are permitted.

Gates will be open until 12.00pm on Sunday 11 June for cars left overnight to be collected and for campers to leave site.

No dogs allowed.
Please take all rubbish home with you.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A GLASS FREE EVENT – PLEASE USE PLASTIC BOTTLES AND CUPS.
