Lent Term Clubs 2018

********************************************************

Please find below the RGS The Grange Lent Term club choices. We hope that your child will be able to participate in at least two activities. Our Lent Term Clubs will start on 4 January and with 60 clubs on offer, there is something for everyone.

With our external (paid) clubs, children have the first two weeks to decide if this is something they would like to do for the whole term and when they go to the third session they are then committed for the rest of the term.

When selecting clubs with your child, please be aware that Years Three and Four have matches on Tuesday afternoons and Years Five and Six have matches on Wednesday afternoons. In a lot of cases there will still be time for your child to attend their club, but there may be occasions when matches are away or run later, if you would prefer your child to attend their club rather than play in a match please speak to a member of the sports team. Please note, club charges will always apply if the club is run, the only exception to this is if a child is away on a school residential trip.

Clubs are allocated as fairly as possible. When completing the After School Club Form, which can be found on the left toolbar, please ensure you put your child's first choice in the first choice box, as we do try to give children this choice. Please select up to six choices for each child, but avoid selecting clubs on the same night.

The form will not be accepted without the parent/guardian box being ticked. By ticking this box you agree to pay the full charge due for any paying club, charges will be added to your termly account. Please note – full charges will apply should your child withdraw from any paying club after more than two sessions.
