PGL 2018

Day Two

The children were up bright and breezy this morning and raring to go! The sun is shining and we are looking forward to a great day ahead!

The sun has continued to shine and the children have been demonstrating our learning characteristics particularly collaboration, resilience, initiative and persistence. We have been flying through the air on the zip wire, braving the trapeze and bouncing high in the sky on aero ball. Today is proving particularly exciting as it is...MUDDY CHALLENGE DAY!

The children are now snuggled up in bed following songs around the campfire and delicious marshmallows. We are so proud of the achievements each and every child has made. Today has been jam-packed with each of the four groups taking part in the trapeze, zip-wire, muddy challenge and aeroball. Shrieks of delight could be heard across the site as children tackled challenges and conquered their fears. The muddy challenge proved, as always, to be a particular highlight of the day and the activity was enjoyed by both staff and pupils! After supper this evening the children made a visit to the on-site PGL shop, and are now the proud owners of a variety of PGL branded merchandise...and of course sweets!
