Day four and the children have decided that we should stay in France. The weather is superb, food consistently incredible and the spirit amongst the camp shows no signs of faltering.
Jeudi matin involved a marvellous excursion to Le Touquet - a beautifully bourgeois coastal town, often dubbed 'the garden of the channel'. Here, all Year Six children bartered for bargains at the outdoor market, whilst simultaneously perfecting many of their increasingly-fluent French phrases.
Upon leaving the home-town of President Emmanuel Macron, the Redcaps and the Bluecaps parted for the very last time, to complete the remainder of their week's itinerary.
